RSJ II PowerFunds, Inc. PCC ("PowerFunds") is a company structured for collective investments. PowerFunds has been incorporated under the Mauritius Companies Act 2001. PowerFunds is divided into several separate cells ("hedge funds"), which are invested according to the investment strategies set out in the statutes of individual hedge funds. Based on the Agreement on Management, RSJ was appointed as Asset Manager of PowerFunds. The activities of PowerFunds are subject to the regulations in the country of incorporation.
