RSJ PowerFunds
An open-ended fund PowerFunds, Inc. PCC, set up as a company limited by shares incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Mauritius, was renamed to RSJ PowerFunds, Inc. PCC.
There is no change in ownership structure of the company or in the company activities connected to the change of name. The new name was implemented mainly for public relation purposes and to emphasize the fact that RSJ Invest, a.s. owns 100% management shares of RSJ PowerFunds, Inc. PCC.
